NEW APPOINTMENT
Gov. Pedro P. Tenorio has named three ranking officials to various divisions at the Department of Finance, including Jose C. Mafnas as director of Customs Services.
Gov. Pedro P. Tenorio has named three ranking officials to various divisions at the Department of Finance, including Jose C. Mafnas as director of Customs Services.
Acting Treasurer Antoinette S. Calvo has also been appointed to the same position in a permanent capacity. She has been occupying the post for the past year.
Rufo T. Mafnas likewise has been designated as director of the Division of Revenue and Taxation.
All of them will not need Senate confirmation, but will serve at the pleasure of the local chief executive as provided under an executive order implemented by former Governor Froilan C. Tenorio in 1994.
