Ombudsman sets new appointment schedule
The Office of the Federal Ombudsman would like to inform the general public that on Mondays through Thursdays the Ombudsman will only meet with individuals having appointments from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and walk-ins from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fridays are reserved for emergency appointments and administrative matters; no walk-ins will be accepted.

Beginning Jan. 13, 2000, the office will stay open from 9:00 p.m. every Thursday. Appointments may be made by calling the office at telephone number (670)233-8030.
