PORT MORESBY, Papua New Guinea—An official visit by Indonesian the President Abdurrahman Wahid to Papua New Guinea has been postponed and will be rescheduled at a later time.
Wahid earlier said that he would leave Jakarta for a visit to bordering PNG on December 29.
Indonesian embassy officials said the president’s visit was postponed because most government officials will be away from the capital during the holiday season.
