Police arrested last Sunday night a 21-year-old man in Central Garapan for alleged assault and battery, robbery, rape and kidnapping.
Police arrested last Sunday night a 21-year-old man in Central Garapan for alleged assault and battery, robbery, rape and kidnapping.
Mark Wayne Torres is now facing charges of assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault with dangerous weapon, robbery, rape and kidnapping.
Police said the arrest was a result of intensive investigation and teamwork by Public Safety officials and cooperation from the community.
The Department of Public Safety extends its appreciation to those who assisted in this case and is requesting for the assistance of the public in solving this case. (ARF)
