Youth Arts and Crafts workshops offered
The Commonwealth Council for Arts and Culture is sponsoring a series of workshops for youths in the community. Carolinian beadwork and mwar-making are being offered every Saturday from March 18 through April 29, 2000 at the Manhoben Youth Center in Chalan Kanoa.

Interested participants may contact the Arts Council Office at 322-9982 or 322-9983 to register. The workshops are free of charge.
