This was the lesson learned by 28-year-old Luo Guang Feng, a Chinese nonresident worker who was arrested by police for robbery and theft.
Department of Public Safety Information Officer Cecil Celis said the suspect grabbed the purse of her former girlfriend Wu Fang Ying, 28, while she was arguing with her current boyfriend at J’s Restaurant in Gualo Rai at around 1:30am last Jan. 27.
The victim lost her travel documents and $200 in cash. Mr. Feng was arrested at REM Center but the lost items were not recovered.
