Woman attacked, robbed

Didn’t your mother tell you never to stay out late at night?

A 28-year-old woman was mauled and robbed Sunday night by the Moon Night Club in San Vicente, police reported yesterday.

The victim, a factory worker employed by Hansae Garments, told police she was strolling within the area at around 1am when a man came from behind her and attacked her.

She claimed the suspect took with him the personal belongings she carried inside her purse which included her travel documents and cash worth $20.

According to police records, the woman sustained scratches on her elbows and knees.

Police are investigating the case for possible suspects.
