NMI Judiciary facilities closed today

All CNMI Judiciary facilities will be closed today, Oct. 10, 2023, due to the threat of Tropical Storm Bolaven, in accordance with Supreme Court 2023-ADM-0016-MSC issued yesterday.

The order affects the Guma’ Hustisia on Saipan; Office of Adult Probation Office on Saipan; Commonwealth Recorder’s Office alternate site at the Marianas Business Plaza in Susupe; Law Revision Commission; Kotten Tinian, San Jose, Tinian; and Centron Hustisia, Sinapalo, Rota.

While facilities are closed, Judiciary personnel may be teleworking or activated for emergency and essential services. Visit the Judiciary’s website at www.NMIJudiciary.gov for court information. (PR)

United Airlines flights may be affected

In anticipation of Tropical Storm Bolaven, United Airlines announced yesterday that flights between Guam and Saipan may be affected beginning today, Oct. 10, 2023.

United encourages all customers traveling to and from Guam and Saipan within the next few days to visit united.com or the United app to receive the most current information about their upcoming flights.
