DPS: Body found last Thursday victim of homicide

Department of Public Safety Commissioner Anthony Macaranas said the body found at the Garapan Fishing Base dock last Thursday was 71-year-old Pedro Pangelinan Cabrera and the case has been ruled a homicide.

Macaranas shared that they have reason to believe that the crime initially took place at the victim’s house in San Jose, but the body was later disposed at the Garapan Fishing Base dock. Macaranas said that there are currently two persons of interest (not suspects) in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
