Wear your most creative costume while enjoying three different Halloween cocktails and enter Hyatt’s Instagram contest for a chance to win a one-night stay at Hyatt’s ocean view room. Participants must be in costume and order the special Halloween cocktail and follow Hyatt Regency Saipan Instagram page.
