On Sunday, March 31, from 11am to 2pm, indulge in a sumptuous buffet featuring whole smoked pig, roasted garlic-studded lamb, and smoked tomahawk steak at our live carving station. For more flavors, dive into fresh seafood on ice like crab legs, prawns, oysters, and more. Enjoy sushi and sashimi and a variety of hot dishes, such as salmon teriyaki, local tempura, spicy coconut seafood stew, and beef pot roast. Satisfy your sweet tooth with desserts like a variety of cakes, bread pudding, assorted fruits, authentic gelato, and more.
Raise a toast with free-flowing beverages, including draft beer, red and white wine, sparkling wine, mimosas, post mix cocktail, coffee and tea to add extra cheer to your celebration.
