Pope Francis appointed Rev. Fr. Charlie A. Borja as apostolic administrator of the Diocese of Chalan Kanoa.
The announcement was made this morning during the last mass of Ryan Jimenez, archbishop-elect of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Agaña, Guam. Borja’s appointment becomes official when Jimenez steps down as apostolic administrator on Aug. 15.
