GCC’s Adult Education Program to host open house on Dec. 13

Have you ever considered finishing high school but didn’t know how? The Guam Community College Adult Education program will help you earn your high school diploma or its equivalency, GED (General Education Development).

Come to the Guam Community College Adult Education Program Open House on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023, at 10am on the second floor of Building 6000. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about GCC’s adult education diploma program or GED process, tour the campus, and meet current students and graduates of the program.

The program includes ESL (English as a Second Language) classes or refresher courses in math and English and is open to individuals 18 years-old and older, not enrolled in a high school.

“Open house attendees will meet the Adult Education Programs Team that will guide potential students through the enrollment process and help them achieve their educational goals. Achieving this milestone will lead to continuing their post-secondary journey or may open doors to career opportunities,” said Mariesha Cruz-San Nicolas, GCC associate dean, Pre-Collegiate Programs, School of Trades and Professional Services.
