Revenue and Taxation welcomes UB Tax Clinic

The Division of Revenue and Tax is announcing the arrival of the UB Tax Clinic from the University of Baltimore School of Law, which will operate on select days between June 4 and 13. The Tax Clinic aims to provide assistance to taxpayers and businesses struggling with tax debt in conjunction with the Azarvand Tax Law.

Services include the following:

Helping taxpayers understand their rights and responsibilities;

Informational assistance to help taxpayers understand their tax obligations and avoid future issues;

Discuss possible penalty and interest reductions or forgiveness options; and

Discuss possible reduction of underlying tax liabilities.

The UB Tax Clinic will be available on Saipan during the following dates and times:

● 10am- 4pm (June 4)

● 10am-4pm (June 6)

● 10am-4pm (June 11)

● 10am-4pm (June 13)
