Saipan Eagles Lions Club marks 1st anniversary, welcomes new members
The Saipan Eagles Lions Club welcomed new members during the celebration of their first anniversary last Saturday night at The Farm in As Gonno, Koblerville.

The program was opened with the Lions Club protocol rites, invocation song by Arceli Lizama, and dance numbers from Fitbeat Familia and M2 Fitness.
Instead of the usual Lions Club celebrations that are held in hotels, the event took place on a farm. “A farm setting can offer a more personal and unique experience for attendees, allowing them to connect with nature and each other in ways that a hotel environment might not,” said Marie Javier, the president of Saipan Eagles Lions Club.
The celebration was more focused on the member’s appreciation and recognition. “This is to show how the club valued the member’s efforts, support, and commitment,” according to Javier.
During the event, special awards were also given to Mary Jane Olavario, Maria Javier, Estrella Lontoc, Rosalie Palada, Merlie Mago, Irene Marquez, Mario Rodriguez, Belinda Dela Cruz, Fernando Enano, and Rosemarie Robediso for Complete Attendance Award.
