Saipan son obtains bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from PSU
Marc Christian A. De La Torre, a member of the Tau Sigma Academic Honor Society at the Portland State University, has obtained a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from PSU.
PSU conferred upon De La Torre the Degree of Bachelor of Science Criminology and Criminal Justice during a commencement ceremony in the Moda Center at the Rose Quarter last Sunday.
In 2022, he made the PSU President’s List for fall term as a result of his outstanding academic achievements.
In 2023, he made the Dean’s List for spring term as a result of his outstanding academic achievements.
In October 2022, De La Torre successfully completed Justice, a course of study offered by HarvardX, an online learning initiative of Harvard University.
In June 2023, he successfully completed Citizens Politics in America: Public Opinion, Elections, Interest Groups, and the Media, a course of study offered by HarvardX.
Before PSU, De La Torre completed his Associates Degree of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from the Northern Marianas College in May 2020. He got his high school diploma from Marianas High School in 2017. (PR)
