Tuition free college available at GCC

Guam Community College is offering “Free College” for the Fall 2024 semester, in four programs: Construction trades, information technology, accounting, and education.

GCC’s Free College will cover tuition and fees for students who complete the full two-year program. For applicants who qualify for Federal Financial Aid, the Free College program will help pay fees and costs not covered by FAFSA. Each program will accept a maximum of 20 students.

To qualify for Free College, candidates need a high school diploma, GED®️ Certification, or high school equivalency. Participants must also apply for the FAFSA. Individuals who have already obtained a degree or certificate from an accredited program are not qualified for the Free College program.

Applications for the Free College programs are available at the GCC Mangilao campus in The Administration Building (#2000) Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. GCC will continue accepting applications for each program until each cohort is filled. Visit the GCC website at www.guamcc.edu/freecollege for the steps to apply.
