Christmas in the Marianas Walk Saturday
Saipan Walking Association, Inc., in cooperation with Marianas Visitors Authority, would be holding its 2004 Christmas in the Marianas Walk on Saturday, Dec. 18.
Saipan Walking Association, Inc., in cooperation with Marianas Visitors Authority, would be holding its 2004 Christmas in the Marianas Walk on Saturday, Dec. 18.
The walking activity will start at 5:30pm from the Chamolinian Cultural Village and will take participants from the Garapan landmark to the Oleai area in San Jose and back for the 10-kilometer walk. A shorter 5km course is also being offered for children.
A registration fee of $10 will be charged to each participant, which will entitle walkers to a beautiful event T-shirt. Free refreshments and fireworks will also highlight the night after the walk.
