Facing charges are Ibo Mark C. Borja, 29, and Joseph Borja Cepeda, 38. The AGO yesterday charged the two with burglary and theft.
CNMI chief prosecutor David Hutton alleged that Borja and Cepeda burglarized the Dandan residence of one John Pangelinan last Jan. 5, stealing the tool box.
