The Food & Beverage department of Aqua Resort Club in San Roque is back to daily operations and, while there may be some changes due to the health protocols required while the world is still in a pandemic, that has not changed the overall goal of meeting and exceeding the expectations and needs of every guest, according to F&B manager Arnel “Neil” Metran.
While adapting to the circumstances brought by the pandemic, guests can still rely on Aqua Resort Club to have something different everyday that is a mixture of good food and drinks, great service, great sights, and even fitness!
Metran said they are focused on the overall value that they provide each guest. “We are here to create awareness that services that you do not often see and experience these days from other establishments are available here at ARC. Taking good care of our loyal customers are always on the top of our list as well as tapping new customers or market,” he said. “We do this by maintaining our good relationship with them, we treat guests like family and we know many of them by name. That is why they feel welcome every time and this is the signature touch that we want to maintain at ARC, combined with the goal of customer satisfaction from the moment they walk into the hotel and until they board their cars to leave.”
Themed lunch buffet
ARC is at the beck and call of lunch people who do not only go out to eat but wants delicious and tasty dishes. For only $19 per person, enjoy the daily themed lunch buffet at ARC’s Costa Restaurant and let the dishes transport you to a different place without leaving your seat.
They serve lunch from 11am to 2pm and the themes are Mongolian on Mondays, Italian on Tuesdays, Shawarma on Wednesdays, Vietnamese on Thursdays, Mongolian on Fridays and Shawarma on Saturdays.
“If six guests come in, one guest will be free of charge and this goes on if you have a party that is divisible by six. So if your group has 12 people, then two will be free of charge and so on,” Metran said. For more information, call at ARC (670) 322-1234.
