Armed poker robber nabbed
The Department of Public Safety arrested last Saturday a 51-year-old woman who was allegedly caught on surveillance camera robbing a poker gaming arcade at knifepoint last week.
Artemia Gabayeron, 51, was arrested last Saturday pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by Superior Court Associate Judge Joseph Camacho.
Gabayeron is charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon.
According to a DPS statement, Camacho issued the arrest warrant for Gabayeron last Saturday at about 7:16am, for the charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon.
At about 8:42pm that same day, Gabayeron was apprehended by local police at her home in Chalan Kiya.
Gabeyeron has since been booked at the Department of Corrections.
DPS credited numerous leads for leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect.

Gabayeron was allegedly caught on surveillance footage robbing the Royal Poker gaming arcade in Olei last Thursday. Gabayeron was reportedly seen entering the arcade and leaving after robbing the cashier of about $650.
The suspect allegedly walked into the establishment between 6:30am and 6:45am after security has left and made sure that there were no other people inside the establishment before proceeding with the robbery.
The suspect called the cashier for assistance first before forcing her way into the cashier’s area and holding the cashier at knifepoint.
A short struggle occurred before the suspect was able to open the cash register and grab a handful of cash valued at about $650.
The suspect then fled the establishment, going south toward Oleai.
