This summer, reference books and children’s books lead the sales figures at the island’s lone bookstore, Bestseller.
A check with the bookstore showed that popular among the store’s customers are children’s books that include some basic educational materials such as ABC, math, and coloring books.
Among reference books, the most popular are educational tomes such as the SATS, TOEFL, and ASVAB.
The new edition of the 2009 SAT is sold for $22.
