Resident Representative Pete A. Tenorio and Sen. Luis Crisostimo must step down. Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn’t the CNMI Constitution require elected officials who are seeking other positions in public office to step down?
Resident Representative Pete A. Tenorio and Sen. Luis Crisostimo must step down. Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn’t the CNMI Constitution require elected officials who are seeking other positions in public office to step down? If this is so, then Rep. Tenorio and Sen. Crisostimo need to follow the law and step down from their positions. If what they are doing is illegal, they should be prosecuted for breaking the law. Pat hafa mon?
