BEH closes down 3 establishments


The Bureau of Environmental Health closed down three establishments in April due to serious violations of health and sanitation standards.

The New Ming Palace Restaurant in Garapan was closed down on March 31 but it soon reopened on April 2 after the violations were rectified. The Kazan Restaurant in Garapan was closed on March 31 but soon reopened on April 2, while Pretty Restaurant, also in Garapan, was closed on April 23 but soon reopened on April 30.

The bureau also conducted sanitary inspections in April on the following retails, eating and drinking establishments and their grades are as follow:

  • Hafa Adai Beach Hotel (outlets), Garapan
  • Himawari Restaurant, Garapan

  • Hyatt Regency Hotel (outlets), Garapan
  • Hollywood Theaters, San Jose
  • New Ming Palace, Garapan
  • Imoya Restaurant, San Jose
  • Pete’s BBQ, Koblerville
  • Down Town Market, San Jose
  • KB Market, Koblerville
  • Buenas Café, Garapan
  • Konbetsa Kafe, Dan Dan
  • Publix Market, Susupe
  • King’s Club, Garapan
  • Subway Restaurant, Garapan
  • Subway Restaurant, Chalan Piao
  • Dionysus Bar & Grill, Garapan
  • Shinsen Restaurant, Garapan
  • J&N Mini Mart, Tanapag
  • Chungiwa Restaurant, Garapan
  • Fine Tree Catering, Dan Dan
  • Joeten Susupe Shopping Center, Susupe
  • Joeten Aiko’s Deli Restaurant, Susupe
  • San Antonio Supermarket, San Antonio
