BREAKING NEWS: Demapan, Villagomez still tied after 3rd voting
For the third voting of the day today, Monday, it is still in impasse as both Rep. Angel Demapan (R-Saipan) and Rep. Edmund Villagomez each received 10 votes for speakership.
Rep. Ralph N. Yumul (R-Saipan) announced that it’s the last time he would vote for Demapan. They are currently in recess and are in closed-door talks.
