BREAKING NEWS: Metro Manila placed on ‘community lockdown’
A “community lockdown” has been declared for Metro Manila from March 15 to April 14, which means there will be no land, domestic air, and domestic sea travel to and from the capital region. There was no immediate word about the status of international flights going to and from Manila. Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said that he will issue an executive order on this.
