BREAKING NEWS: Tropical Storm Condition 3 declared for Saipan, Tinian
The National Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Condition 3 for Saipan and Tinian as tropical depression 10W continues to bear down on the islands.
It also advised the public of heavy rains and possible flash flooding this Thursday evening until tomorrow.
Winds around 30 to 35 mph are expected. As of 4pm, the Emergency Operations Center. Tropical Storm Condition 2 is hereby issued for Pagan, Agrigan, and Alamagan.
Please secure loose objects such as tents, building materials, and any other objects that may become loose due to winds.
