Car Show at NMC Charter Day


Car enthusiasts are reminded to register for NMC’s Charter Day Car Show on April 13, 2018, from 4pm-10pm. (NMC)

Northern Marianas College is reminding car enthusiasts who want to participate in the Charter Day Car Show to register for the event. The car show will be part of the NMC Charter Day celebration on Friday, April 13, 2018.

The NMC Charter Day planning committee is inviting car owners in the following categories: 2 Door, 4 door, 4×4, trucks, cafe & cruiser bikes, and classics. Cars that do not fall under the mentioned categories can still be featured but must be specified on the registration sheet.

To register, visit to download a registration form. The form can also be picked up at the NMC cashier window. A completed registration form can be sent to or submitted to NMC’s cashier window. The deadline to register is on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, no later than 4pm. Interested participants are encouraged to apply early due to limited space. On the day of the event, check-in will be at 3pm by Building W.

The Charter Day Car Show is a non-competitive event and registration for a slot is on a first come first serve basis.

The NMC Charter Day celebration is an annual celebration that commemorates the establishment of the College in 1981. It is one of the largest celebrations in the CNMI and will include live entertainment, competitions, and other activities for the whole family. This year’s event will take place on Friday, April 13, 2018, from 4pm to 10pm at the NMC South Field in As Terlaje.
