CUC chief says Torres did not commit theft of utility services
Commonwealth Utilities Corp. executive director Gary P. Camacho testified today, Friday, in the impeachment trial of Gov. Ralph DLG Torres that Torres did not commit theft of utility services and that the Office of the Attorney General did not investigate Torres for such alleged theft of services.
