Young said their extensive menu reflects her 15 years of experience in the restaurant business as well as her talented chefs.
The restaurant’s menu offers yakiniku or Japanese-style grilled selections such as beef, pork belly, spare ribs, seafood and vegetables.
Those looking for delicious breakfast options like customized omelets should check out the restaurant to sample their cross-cultural selections such as Korean, Mexican and Italian options.
Young said that people should start eating more delicious meals in the morning since it’s the best way to get the day started.
SURA is open everyday starting at 8am.
For those nostalgic for the former café’s delectable dishes, Young said that SURA’s chef is formerly of Coffee Care while Young specializes in flavorful Korean staples.
She is inviting patrons to check out their $13 Korean-style buffet lunch from 11:30am to 2pm Monday to Sunday and $15 dinner from 5pm to 10pm, with options changing regularly but normally featuring soup, kimchi, pork belly, noodles, sushi, tempura and Korean pizza.
Young said that guests can also choose to eat a la carte, particularly those who are craving for sashimi, poke, lobster, hotpot, soup or teppanyaki dishes.
For those looking for private party rooms to celebrate the season, there are three small room options that can hold up to 24 people, with a fourth second floor option for a full blown outdoor party for 50.
