ELECTION UPDATE: Palacios leads Election Day tally

At 9:10am Wednesday, CEC executive director Kayla S.Igitol announced the unofficial tabulation results for Election Day, with Lt. Gov. Arnold I. Palacios and Mayor David M. Apatang receiving 2,204 votes, Gov. Ralph DLG. Torres and Sen. Vinnie Vinson F. Sablan getting 2,149, and Rep. Christina E. Sablan and Rep. Leila Staffler obtaining 1,973.
