ELECTION UPDATE: Torres leads early voting on Rota

For early voting on Rota, Gov. Ralph DLG Torres and his running mate, Sen. Vinnie Vinson F. Sablan, got 223 votes, Lt. Gov. Arnold I. Palacios and his running mate, Saipan Mayor David M. Apatang, received 155,  and Rep. Christina E. Sablan and her running mate, Rep. Leila Staffler, got 99, according to sources on Rota who got the preliminary unofficial counts.
