- SENSITIVITY TRAINING U.S. Attorney for the Districts of Guam and CNMI Alicia Limtiaco, center, joins participants of last Wednesday’s sensitivity training at the Department os Public Safety academy. In a first for the Commonwealth, the training aimed to raise the police’s awareness, understanding, and sensitivity of issues relating to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and intersex community.
