TYPHOON DEBRIS CLEANUP Capstone Pacificas, a company based in Branford, Florida, has been hired by the Federal Emergency Management Agency primarily to rid the CNMI of accumulated typhoon debris by incinerating it. The company is on a mission to hire CNMI residents for this and is willing to pay as much as $9 per hour with bonuses. All in all, it would be a $15-per-hour job.
