IT&E inks collective agreement with electrical workers union

IT&E announced yesterday that a collective bargaining agreement has been struck between IT&E and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 1357.
Members of the union voted to accept the terms of the bargaining agreement on May 15.
The new agreement is effective from May 16, 2019 to Sept. 20, 2023 and provides job stability and labor peace, as well as steady wage increases, for union members during the five-year term.
“We at IT&E are glad that the collective bargaining agreement negotiations have come to a successful close that benefits all parties,” said Rose Soledad, IT&E’s general manager. “The agreement shows our commitment to providing a productive and fair work environment for our associates as we work as one to fulfill our vision and mission of delivering connections that matter to our community.” (IT&E)
