Kinder registration at SVES

San Vicente Elementary School registration for school year 2015-2016 is scheduled to begin on May 26-29, 2015, for Kindergarten only, from 9am through 1pm in the school main office.

For all incoming Kindergarten students, the child must be 5 years on or before Sept. 30, 2010 as per Board of Education policy (date of birth must be between Sept. 1, 2009 and Sept. 30, 2010).

The registration requirements include a copy of birth certificate; original health certificate (from public health or any private clinic); updated medical insurance (Medicaid, any government insurance or accidental insurance (from Moylan’s Insurance or Marianas Insurance); map of residential location; copy power of attorney/legal guardianship (if applicable); and copy of report card or certificate of completion (from any pre-school).
