Local students make OSU’s honor roll
Two students from Saipan have made it to the Scholastic Honor Roll of the Oregon State University for the fall term.
Keanah G. Deleon Guerrero, a sophomore taking up University Exploratory Studies, and Amanda Maria W. Santos, a senior majoring in Fisheries and Wildlife Science, earned grades of 3.5 or better to land on the honor roll.
A total of 1,009 students earned straight-A (4.0). Another 3,982 earned a B-plus (3.5) or better to make the listing. To be on the Honor Roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work. (OSU)
Kudos! To the two young ladies of the Marianas. And Congratulation! To the parents of Keanah and Amanda. You two have brought us great news and made the people in the NMI very proud amidst all the negatives that’s happening here at home. We are hopeful that you can be the CHANGE we want to see in the future.
Felis Pasgua – Merry Christmas!
Peace!
