The search for 45-year-old Julieanna Martin remains ongoing, according to the Department of Public Safety public information officer Dre Pangelinan yesterday.

Martin has been missing from her home in Chinatown since Sunday.

Pangelinan said that police officers continue to look for her in places where she is known to visit often.

Pangelinan said Martin frequently visits beach sites from the 13 Fishermen’s Monument beach down to Tanapag beach.

At the same time, Pangelinan said, DPS remains in constant contact with Martin’s family members to know if they have heard from her, or if they have an idea of where she might go.

DPS first received a call last Tuesday at 11:06am that Martin was missing. Pangelinan said the callers, Martin’s daughter and Martin’s boyfriend, couldn’t locate her since Monday. They both confirmed that their neighbors also didn’t see Martin all day on Monday.

As of April 1, DPS’ search for Martin has already reached 24 hours, while Martin’s family has been searching for her for four days already.

According to Saipan Tribune archives, DPS said that Martin was last seen wearing a T-shirt, a traditional mumu skirt (yellow, black, and green), and a blue jacket.

DPS advises the public to call 911 if they have any information about Martin.
