On Thursday, Feb. 28, 2019, Northern Marianas College held an info session for interested community members looking to advance in their career. Individuals who were not able to attend Thursday’s info session can attend either of the upcoming info sessions on March 7 and March 21, 2019.
The information sessions are open to all prospective students and community members. The session, which will be held from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the NMC Olympio T. Borja Library at the College’s As Terlaje campus, will also allow participants to register for classes immediately after the event.
The topics that will be discussed include the College’s degree programs, Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) program, financial aid, and other initiatives.
Participants will also qualify to have their application fee and their placement test fees waived for NMC’s upcoming Spring 2019 semester, a savings of about $75.
NMC faculty, staff, and students from the different degree programs at NMC, as well as Student Services representatives from counseling, financial aid, and admissions, will be on hand to answer questions.
