According to Tinian Mayor’s Office military policy adviser Eric C. San Nicolas, who also handles or helps with public affairs, Patrick San Nicolas was officially informed via an appointment letter by Joey San Nicolas.

Other appointees that were nominated include David M. Cing, Don Farrell, Jose P. Kiyoshi, and Kimberly King-Hinds. Patrick San Nicolas was among those nominated and got chosen out of the five.

“He has extensive knowledge of the Revised Gaming Act. Prior to serving TCGCC, Patrick San Nicolas was a police officer at the Tinian Department of Public Safety. Patrick San Nicolas has been domiciliary of Tinian for all his life,” Joey San Nicolas said.

Joey San Nicolas said he believes among the other nominated appointees that Patrick San Nicolas has the knowledge to serve as a commission member.

“I am happy to appoint him to TCGCC who will fulfill his responsibilities as one of the commission members and will help serve as one of the members to review TCGCC regulations,” the mayor said.
