Scheduled power interruption tomorrow
There will be a scheduled power interruption tomorrow, Dec. 12, from 9am to 12pm affecting several areas in China Town.
The sectionalized outage on Kiya 3 will affect the Sugar King Road in China Town (Village Ln., Covenant Ln., Politic Ln., Freedom Drive, Convention Pl., Justice Pl., and Saina Pl.).
No water well service area or wastewater service area will be affected.
The purpose of this emergency power interruption is to de-energize utility lines and allow linemen of the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. to replace a rotted primary power pole in China Town.
