Sewer odor in Puerto Rico, south of Middle Road

There will be a sewage odor in the areas of Puerto Rico and south of the Chalan Pale Arnold Road starting today, April 10, 2017, through April 17, 2017.

On the morning of Monday, April 10, 2017, an aeration basin at the Sadog Tasi treatment plant that has been sitting idle for two years will be brought back on line. The stagnant water is expected to produce foul odors until it is re-aerated. Puerto Rico and south of Chalan Pale Arnold Road may experience strong odors, which should dissipate throughout the week and return back to normal by Monday, April 17, 2017, 8am.

  1. What do you CUC mean, there will be bad sewer odor starting today April 10 to the 17th in the Puerto Rico area!. Lord and behold, CUC people just noticed that today? That foul sewer odor has been in existence since the day the NMI became a Trust Territory and has continued on til this very moment. And god forbids for how long would it remain like this? Nothing new….my friend.
