Taisacan-Wilson earns master’s in EE

Blane Christopher Taisacan-Wilson, a grandson of Martin M. Taisacan and Matilde S. Taisacan of Saipan, earned his master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University last Sunday, June 18, 2017.

He will be moving to Maryland to start his professional career with the U.S. Department of Defense, as an electronics engineer at a DOD power laboratory.

“I want to express my appreciation to my family and friends for theair support and encouragement these past few years,” he said. (Saipan Tribune)

  2. Boy, do we have a smart one. Congratulation, Blane. Stanford is one of the tough universities. One of the naval air reserve officers in our command not long ago, was turned down when he applied for a similar EE degree. He did get accepted by Harvard.
