TanHoldings 1 crushes Hawaiian Rock

TanHoldings 1 routed Hawaiian Rock, 102-68, in the lone game in the 2018 JP World Corp. Customer Appreciation Basketball League last Saturday at the Gillette Multipurpose Gymnasium.

TanHoldings 1 set up the easy victory after delivering the early blows to Hawaiian Rock, as it went on a 27-9 scoring surge in the first quarter. Arjay Nonato showed the way for TanHoldings 1 in the opening period with his 11 markers, while Fradel Sedillo and Mark Obnerga helped him out after combining for 8 points.

After being held to single-digit scoring in the first frame, Hawaiian Rock came to life in the second quarter, making 25 points. However, Sedillo and Nonato were still there to steady the ship for TanHoldings 1 in the second period, as they teamed up for 17 points and kept their squad on top at the break, 52-34.
