Deleon Guerrero aka “Feng,” on a charge of trafficking of an illegal controlled substance. Bail is set at $100,000. Law enforcement officers are searching for Jefferey T. Deleon Guerrero. Deleon Guerrero, 42, is a Chamorro male, 5’9″ tall, weighs 240 lbs, with black short hair and brown eyes.
