Whether you want to study, work, meet, play, or celebrate with family or friends, or you just want some alone time, Cosmo Lounge above Winchell’s Donuts on Beach Road in Susupe is the convenient solution to do any of those.
Located near villages, offices and schools, Cosmo Lounge offers beautiful and comfortable spaces to anyone who would like an environment that will help them celebrate an occasion, a spot to escape to, or reach study and work goals for the day.
Cosmo Lounge president Kyung Yi Lee and his wife, Kyung Soo Lee, established the business in July last year. He explained that this concept is very popular in Korea. It’s easy to see why. Most people are accustomed to having celebrations at home. That involves a lot of housework, preparation, cooking, and then after the celebration, the cleaning part. Too much of a hassle, right? Some families just opted to rent space in hotels but this is quite expensive. The solution? Venues like Cosmo Lounge, where people can just come, bring their own food, and go home relaxed after.
Kyung Yi Lee explained that Cosmo Lounge is an alternative space not only for celebrations, but also for students and professionals. It is also a place for tourists to spend time after checking out of their hotel and waiting for their flight.
“We also accommodate the safekeeping of tourists’ luggage so they can go around and enjoy Saipan while they wait for their flight,” added Kyung Soo Lee.
Cosmo Lounge can accommodate 60 people at one time They have five private rooms and one common area. Every room has a distinct and modern décor that will boost productivity. The rooms can also be re arranged adapt to the occasion or needs of the customers. The entire place is well-lit, airconditioned, and has strong WiFi.
If you forgot to bring your coffee and snack, don’t worry. They have a snack bar that offers coffee, soda, juice, pastries and even light meals.
“For only $5, a customer can enjoy the place for two hours with free drinks. If they go beyond that, we charge an additional $3. For group reservations, we offer a discounted price,” Kyung Soo Lee said.
