BREAKING NEWS: Torres tests positive for COVID-19
Gov. Ralph DLG Torres has confirmed in a news release today that he has tested positive for COVID-19 after having been in close contact with a family member who had tested positive for COVID-19. Torres assured, though, that he is not experiencing any symptoms and remains in good spirits. More details later.
