NMI artists to join Snow Festival

The Marianas Visitors Authority is sending four artists to join in the Sapporo Snow Festival from Feb. 4-8, 2000. This will be the third year that the CNMI will be represented in the annual competition. In 1999, the CNMI placed third in the snow carving competition.
