Japanese concert at Hyatt a success

Japanese entertainment celebrities kicked off a charity concert Thursday night at the Hyatt Regency Saipan’s SandCastle, with hundreds from Japan and members of the Japanese community on Saipan in attendance to watch the show.

MVA seeks to draw Korean honeymooners

The Marianas Visitors Authority held a My Marianas Honeymoon Workshop at Chunghu-ho Resort in South Korea on July 4 - 5. There were 36 travels agents in attendance as well as two attendees from Asiana Airlines, five from CNMI hotels, six from MVA and three media representatives.

Live fire training on Farallon de Mendinilla

The Emergency Management Office and the U.S. Naval Forces Marianas Guam are warning the public that the U.S. military would be conducting live fire training on the island of Farallon de Mendenilla on July14-18, 2008, from 7am to 9pm.
