Japan exchange program deadline set

Saipan Mayor Juan B.Tudela wished to inform all parents who are interested to send their children to Japan in October for the KSKK program under the Student Cultural Exchange that the deadline to submit all applications will be today, Sept. 5, 2008, no later than 4pm.
